5th May 2008 marked William Ralph Dean's 80th anniversary of scoring 60 league goals in one season with a blockbusting stage production. Due to its success it has been produced throughout Merseyside.

Arts2u and John Keith collaborated to stage a tribute production to a man heralded as Merseyside's greatest hero. This production captures the life and career of William Ralph Dean performed by Steve Hazlehurst and narrated by John Keith
